About.
Elements Home & Garden is a three site brick-and mortar-retailer, operating from Bishop’s Stortford, Ongar and Bluewater Shopping Centre. They have been a family run business for many years, with a strong ethos on customer service, ensuring they offer the very best garden furniture products, prices and quality.
Objectives.
The main objective was to develop a bespoke eCommerce website on WooCommerce, which took them away from their current Wix website. The site needed to include an easy-to-use search feature, website navigation, informative display of product information, fully optimised for search and include product feeds into Google Shopping.
Results.
At Ad Lab we successfully launched the new WooCommerce website to schedule, meeting all expectations of the client. Due to increased demand, with the UK in lockdown and summer fast approach, we experienced exponential growth in traffic and sales. The team proactively worked to ensure all products, prices and stock were kept up to date, and with performance of the website and server never skipping beat.
