Ad Lab is a certified Adobe Commerce solutions partner based in Bishop’s Stortford Hertfordshire, specialising in designing and developing eCommerce websites on the Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce platforms.

We are looking for a inhouse account executive, who will work with our development team to support, maintain, and develop a range of client website.

The role is for junior, who we’re looking to train, and the right person should have a strong interest in website development, whether on a personal or commercial level, and is naturally enthused and excited by the prospect of developing ecommerce websites.

The right person will need to have exceptional verbal and written skills to communicate our range of clients. This will involve speaking with confidence to business owners and high-level staff to map out and co-ordinate development tasks for their websites, plus responding to a wide range of tickets and support requests from our clients.

Key responsibilities.

  • Working with website owners to co-ordinate website developments.
  • Dealing with website development support request tickets.
  • Website fault finding and debugging.
  • Cross browser and device testing.
  • Core file, extension, and theme updates.
  • Development of latest features.
  • Natural exploration of eCommerce best practices.
  • Natural interest in ecommerce technologies and web developing.
  • Continuous training on the Magento / Adobe Commerce platforms.
  • Ambitions and driven to learn more about the wide range of services.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctual and trustworthy.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
